Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Summit Press is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Knowledge of freight terms.
