Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Madison region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Madison. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
