Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Madison, WI)

Clearpath Granite Press is a printer and publisher in Madison serving local and national clients, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
