Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
