Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath River Markets Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 292 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
