Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Amber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Louisville region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
