Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Summit Willow Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 600 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
