Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Lantern Construction Associates delivers building projects for owners across the Little Rock region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
