Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Bright River Press is a printer and publisher in Little Rock serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
