Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Little Rock, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
