Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Fox Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
