Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
