Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Cross Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Las Vegas with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for fleet maintenance. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
