Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Field Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 215 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Knowledge of freight terms.
