Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Las Vegas plant. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
