Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Knoxville region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
