Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge River Manufacturing is a Knoxville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
