Westbrook Meridian Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 926 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
