Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Quill Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
