Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Bright Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
