Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Greenridge Harbor Freight Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
