Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright Quarry Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Jacksonville focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 568 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
