Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone River Auto Group is a Jacksonville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 819 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer estimates.
