Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Vale Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
