Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
