Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Granite Press is a printer and publisher in Indianapolis serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
