Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Umber Farms is an agricultural business based around Honolulu, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
