Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Pine Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Honolulu. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
