Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Fresno, CA)

Nova Harbor Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
