Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Fern Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 700 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
