Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Bridge Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Fort Worth, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for claims. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
