Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Bright Press is a printer and publisher in El Paso serving local and national clients, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for press runs. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
