Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Rook Press is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
