Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Inspection Services and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for test reports. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
