Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Stone Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Denver region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
