Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for scheduling. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
