Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Wren Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Denver, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
