Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Denver region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for safety records. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
