Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Dallas area. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
