Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Dallas region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
