Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Pine Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Dallas plant. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
