Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Ridge Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
