Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Hollow Foods produces packaged foods at its Dallas plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
