Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Wren Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Columbus with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for fleet maintenance. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
