Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lantern Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 751 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for project schedules. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
