Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Clear Telecom and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
