Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Amber Auto Group is a Colorado Springs company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
