Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Colorado Springs, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
