Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Drift Farms and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
