Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Fox Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
